If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you may return them within 14 days for full priced items.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns.

Before returning products, you must ensure that the items are intact and complete, never used, worn or damaged in any way, and that they are returned in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were delivered.

We inform you that the products purchased cannot be exchanged. Therefore, if you wish to change the item purchased, you can return it in the manner and within the time limits described here and place a new order.

In order to return a product, in Italy and in Europe, apply the adhesive label contained in the parcel received bearing the return address to the product’s envelope or box.

We invite you to write to costumerservice@charlesphilipmilano.comto receive details about Returns time, cost and mode.

In order to initiate any Return with our carrier, please send an email to specifying your address, telephone number and the date you would like to have the parcel collected, which will be confirmed by the carrier (weekends excluded). Please also specify in your Return request the reference to the Order Form number.

Following this procedure, the carrier will collect the package.

Cost of refunds:

Italy – 10 €

Europe – 20 €

You can also return the products using a different service of your choosing.

Charles Philip S.R.L. will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the returned product.

Once the conformity of the returned product has been verified, the amount of the returned product will be re-credited in the same currency to the credit card or to the same payment circuit used for the purchase.

Otherwise, if you choose to use another carrier, we will refund the full amount paid after checking the product’s conformity.

The return process takes about 14 business days. You will then receive an email confirming your refund.
