Returns and Refunds

Pursuant to Article 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the Purchase Agreement within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Product. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify CPM Customer Care of their intention to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement, in whole or in part, within the aforementioned 14-day period.

Any defective items will be replaced with the same type of product, subject to availability. CPM is not responsible for loss, damage or delays occurring after the shipment of the order.

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the packaging and the conformity of the received product.

Acceptance of the delivery without reservation constitutes confirmation that the parcel has been received in apparently good condition, intact and compliant.

In the event of damaged, tampered or non-intact packaging — visible or immediately identifiable at the time of delivery — the Customer must accept the delivery with a specific and detailed reservation, or refuse the parcel, in order to allow the necessary checks and the activation of claims procedures against the carrier. In the absence of such reservation, these discrepancies may not be subsequently contested.

It remains understood that, pursuant to Article 63 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the consumer only upon physical delivery of the same.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Contact CPM Customer Care at the following address: customerservice@charlesphilipmilano.com to request a return (refund or size exchange).

Available return methods:

  1. After informing Customer Care of the return, ship the order (shipping costs borne by the customer) to:

  1. After informing Customer Care of the return, request a prepaid shipping label for collection by the courier appointed by CPM. Print and attach the provided documents to the parcel and hand it over on the business day indicated by Customer Care.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Italy

  • Refund only: a €20.00 fee will be deducted for courier collection.
  • Size exchange: a €7.00 fee will be charged for collection and re-shipment via courier.

Europe

  • Refund only: a €25.00 fee will be deducted for courier collection.
  • Size exchange: a €14.00 fee will be deducted for collection and re-shipment via courier.

United States / Canada / Asia / Non-EU Countries

For all orders from the USA, Canada, Asia and non-EU countries, in the event of a refund or size exchange, return shipping costs (including return customs duties) are borne by the customer. Customers may use their preferred courier. For exchanges, a new order must be placed.

Refunds for returned items will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, net of applicable shipping costs.

Please note that sale items cannot be returned.

The Customer undertakes to return the Product:

  • Intact, in excellent condition and in its original packaging.
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, except as necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of the Product and ensure it corresponds to the Order Confirmation.

If the above conditions are not met, CPM reserves the right to refuse the return.
